Our Las Vegas adventure! Posted by Picasa

Here's the view from our room at the Worldmark Resort at Las Vegas. The weather was beautiful while we were there - high 60s to low 70s - just perfect. Posted by Picasa

A very creepy clown at the Boardwalk on the Strip. Posted by Picasa

The Arc de Triomphe at the Paris.

More beautiful architecture at the Paris. Posted by Picasa

And, of course, the Eiffel Tower. Posted by Picasa

Here's just one of the holiday decorations at the Bellagio, by far my favorite of all the casinos on the strip. Posted by Picasa

Carla, watch out!!!! That's a Gorn trying to attack Carla at the Star Trek Experience at the Las Vegas Hilton. A little cheesy, but actually fun. We went on both of the "rides" and then had lunch at Quark's (there was a Ferengi hanging around, too). They even had shops at the Promenade where you can buy a Borg teddy bear, believe it or not. Posted by Picasa

It's OK - I took care of him! Posted by Picasa

Taking a moment to enjoy the beautiful Venetian Hotel & Casino. Posted by Picasa

The canals at the Venetian. We decided not to go on a gondola ride - the line was really long. Posted by Picasa

The Statue of Liberty at New York New York. We rode the roller coaster there earlier in the day - fun and scary. On our last night, we ate at "Nine Fine Irishman" pub at NYNY - very beautiful woodwork and good food, too. Posted by Picasa

Incredible statues at Caesar's. Posted by Picasa

Fountains in front of Caesar's Palace. Posted by Picasa

More fountains at Caesar's. Posted by Picasa

One of the fountains outside the Forum Shops. Posted by Picasa

Inside the Forum Shops at Caesar's - beautiful but the shops were very disappointing. Mostly high-end fashion and jewelry - way beyond my budget and interest. Posted by Picasa

More beautiful interiors at the Forum Shops. Posted by Picasa

In front of the lake at Bellagio, waiting for the fountains to start. Posted by Picasa

The fountains start - the music this time was one of my favorites: Rodeo by Aaron Copeland. Fantastic! Posted by Picasa

As you can see, we really like the fountains. Posted by Picasa

Yep...really enjoying ourselves. Posted by Picasa

The Paris at night - very pretty. Posted by Picasa

The fountains, this time from a different angle, looking across the street at the Paris Casino. Posted by Picasa

A final look at the fountains. We flew back on Thanksgiving - had a great time, but it's even better to be home. Posted by Picasa
